EPISODE 7:

Working and Playing

from Home

with Dr Jenny Yen

In this episode, Dr. Jenny Yen and I have an honest chat about how we're adapting to working from home, what's working and what's not, and how we're trying to keep our spirits up. We also share some actionable tips and strategies for our fellow helping professionals trying to work, play, and basically do everything from home. Dr. Yen is a clinical psychologist specializing in geropsychology who is also passionate about teaching students and early career clinicians about self-care.

If you are interested in learning more about the ACE strategy that Dr. King shares, be sure to check out her latest blog post, "How to ACE Your Days during Social Distancing" here.

Dr. Yen has generously provided a handout about the Five Senses and Friendship Panel activities she discusses as well. Grab it below!
